Products purchased from McTKplus.es typically come with a warranty ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. The manufacturer’s Technical Service will assess if the product can be repaired by replacing faulty parts or if a complete replacement is necessary if the product cannot be repaired.

  • What does the warranty cover?

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and covers potential manufacturing defects in the product, along with any issues arising from such defects during the specified period. Consumable products, damage from misuse or improper maintenance, and issues caused by mishandling or incorrect installations are not covered by the warranty.

If the repair isn’t covered, we’ll send you a repair estimate for your evaluation. If it’s more cost-effective to replace the product rather than repair it, we’ll discuss the available options with you.

  • Who arranges the collection of the product for repair?

You can bring the product to our stores.

Reviews are usually free, with some exceptions from certain manufacturers. We’ll inform you in advance about any additional costs.

  • What is the repair time?

The repair period cannot be determined until the product is reviewed. Once reviewed, the technical service will provide a diagnosis, and we’ll contact you promptly with all the details.
