To get your order from a store, just select the “Pick Up” option during checkout. We’ll show you the stores where you can grab your items.
Wait to Hear From Us
We’ll tell you when your item is ready for pickup on the product page, during checkout, and in the order summary. Once your item is ready at the store, we’ll send you an email saying it’s “Ready For Pickup.”
Pick Up Your Order
After you get the “Ready For Pickup” email, go to the store to collect your items. The email will have instructions on how to pick up your order.
About Store Pickup
Store Pickup lets you order online and then pick up your items at our store.
How It Works
To find out if you can pick up an item at the store, check its availability on the product page or choose the Pick Up option during checkout. If the item is in stock, it’ll be ready for pickup within 24 hours. After placing your order, you’ll get an order confirmation, and a second email will follow once your order is ready for pickup. Wait for the “Ready For Pickup” email before heading to the store to get your order.
Order Pickup
You’ll get an email when your order is ready for pickup. If you ordered items available within 24 hours and others within 4-6 days, you’ll receive one email when the first items are ready and a second one for the rest. You can pick them up right away or wait for the entire order—it’s your choice.
Remember to bring a copy of your “Ready For Pickup” email. Also, bring a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (like a driver’s license, passport, state ID, etc.) to pick up your order.
Store Pickup Returns
The regular return rules apply to orders picked up in-store. Keep in mind, that you can only return Store Pickup orders, and exchanges can’t be done through our online returns system. Check our Returns Policy page for more details.
